Returns and Exchanges Policy
Returns We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, you may return it within 10 days of receiving it for a full refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
Exchanges If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact us within 10 days of receiving your order. We will do our best to accommodate your request, subject to availability.
Return Process To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:
- Contact us at info@de-luxe.shop with your order number and reason for the return/exchange.
- Once your return/exchange request is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label (if applicable) and further instructions on how to proceed.
- Pack your item securely in its original packaging, including any accessories or documentation that came with it.
- Ship your return/exchange package using the provided shipping label (if applicable). Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., wrong item received, damaged item).
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund/exchange as promptly as possible.
Refunds Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow 14 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or credit card issuer's processing times.
Non-Returnable Items Certain items are not eligible for return or exchange, including:

- Gift cards
- Clearance or final sale items
